Apple Crumble

Apple Crumble



½ cup of Plain flour

½ cup of rolled oats

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup of desiccated coconut

1/3 cup of cold butter chopped into small cubes



Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl. Add the cubed butter and using your fingers rub the dry ingredients with the butter until it resembles crumble.

Now you have your crumble ready, you can use one pie dish or several small ramekins. (6 one cup ramekins)

Place your stewed apples into your preferred dish and top with crumble. (for a little extra crunch, drizzle with honey or golden syrup)

Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes

Serve hot with vanilla ice cream, cream or yogurt.
