We are delighted to introduce “MAUGERS” butchery as our inaugural “producer”.
The original Maugers meat is located in the beautiful township of Burrawang, with a second store having recently opened in Moss Vale. John Mauger together with his son Mat focuses on high quality and with their team produce a varied range for the market place. We have sampled their in-house smoked hams and bacon, famous pies and of course mouth-watering beef. John and Mat believe in delivering the best of local beef. The cattle graze on abundant lush green pastures and the paddocks are not over stocked. Sustainable farming practices done the old fashioned way. The product range is extensive made with high quality ingredients, care and passion. Friendly smiles and old fashioned service a waits, as do some of the juiciest steaks that we have ever tasted.
