Share platter of Figs with Small Cow Farm Blue Cheese and TCC Honey
3 handfuls of rocket
12 slices of Prosciutto
150grams of blue cheese
Crusty bread to serve
On a large platter lay a bed of rocket
Make a criss- cross in the top of the figs and push the bottom flesh up
Place the figs around the board and crumble blue cheese into the top of the fig.
Dollop honey onto the blue cheese.
Drape Prosciutto around figs
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze
Serve with crusty bread
